Advanced Price List for NetSuite

APL Explore Mobile releases the Advanced Price List (APL) as a hosted service that allows PC or Mobile wireless access to your company's complete Price List. The APL is one of the most complete item pricing extracts available for NetSuite, including all price levels, quantity based price breaks and custom fields defined in your NetSuite account. The extract creates a comma delimited text file that can be downloaded or emailed to you immediately upon completion. Use the file with Excel or any other tool to sort, format, enhance and produce customized price lists for your customers.

The service is delivered as a secure web page accessible to any internet enabled device. This essentially allows the user the ability to export a complete price list out of NetSuite in an Excel friendly format. There is no client software to download and install, everything is managed by Explore.

You must request a Free Test Drive by completing the Request Form or contacting our office to have the trial provisioned in our system.

How It Works:

Contact Explore to provision your APL license and access the service via our website. Simply enter your NetSuite Account ID, Username and Password (must match your NetSuite credentials exactly), select the desire output options, Submit the request and wait for your extract file to be completed. The APL generates a Comma-delimited (.csv) file out of the result record set retrieved from your account. You will be prompted to save the file to the hard drive if the download output method is chosen, otherwise it will be emailed as an attachment to email username provided to access NetSuite.
