Login

Once you are registered with Explore Mobile, use your NetSuite username and password.

Splash Screen

Main navigation to enter the functional areas of the system; Customers, Contacts, Sales Orders and and Top 10.

Contact Search

Enter Contact name for wild card searching.

Contact Search Results

All results matching the search criteria are displayed in a list. Select the Contact of interest to display full details. Full name, company, title, phone and email are displayed if available.

Contact Search Results Details

This provides full details about the contact, including multiple addresses. Phone numbers and emails are hyperlinks for quick dial or email functionality.

Customer Search

Enter Lead/Prospect/Customer name for wild card searching. Optionally, enter the city to reduce search criteria results. Select the fields to be returned in the result set; email, phone and/or address.

Customer Search Results

All results matching the search criteria are displayed in a list. Select the Customer of interest to display full details. Full company name, address, phone and email are displayed if available.

Customer Search Result Details

This provides full details about the Customer, including multiple addresses and all Contacts associated to the customer. Phone numbers and emails are hyperlinks for quick dial or email functionality.

Sales Order Search

Search Sales Orders by order number, customer name and/or sales order status. Wild card searches are supported. All matching results will be listed for selection. You can create new sales orders here too.

Sales Order Detail

This provides for viewing the full details about the sales order, including header and all line items. Edit this order or create a new order from this screen.

Sales Order Edit

This allows modifications to the header and lines items. Add, edit or delete line items. Save, Save & Email, Cancel or Create new sales orders.

Create Sales Order

Enter a Sales Order Number/Date or they will be generated automatically for you. Enter all header and line item details. The Sales Order can be automatically emailed from this screen if an email address is entered. This allows for easy printing and order confirmation. The emails will come in html or pdf attachments, depending on your NetSuite preferences.

Sales Order Add Item

Search for items, wild card searches are supported. The matching result set will be displayed in a list for selection. Change the full description, quantity and select a predefined price level or enter a custom price. Add each line item and pricing separately.

Top 10

Similar to NetSuite's last 10 Recent Record functionality. The last 10 records accessed are available in the list for quick navigation. It includes customers, contacts and sales orders in a combined list. This function can be accessed in the standard header through-out, click on the "10" icon.

Change Role / Add New Account

Select a different role or NetSuite account to access. These roles and accounts match your NetSuite accounts. However, only roles and accounts with web services permissions will be available in this list. If you don't see a role here, ensure it has web services permissions within NetSuite.

Create User Account

This screen is only used for first-time user setup. Once registered with Explore Mobile, you will not be required to create new accounts. User are allowed to add unlimited new NetSuite accounts to their existing user email address. However, each new email address requires New Account creation.
